  • Aggressive or disruptive pets are not permitted to stay in the campground.
  • Pets are not allowed in the restroom or clubhouse buildings.
  • The main restroom and showers are closed daily from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for cleaning.
  • Please dispose of household trash in one of the four dumpsters located around the campground.

  • Please do not leave cigarette butts in fire pits or on the ground.
  • Please respect your neighbors — do not walk through other guests’ sites.
  • The laundry room is open 24 hours by reservation. Sign up for a washer time on the sign-up sheet by the laundry room door.
  • Campfires are allowed when there are no fire bans in place.
  • Some campsites do not have wood firepits due to tree density or proximity to neighboring sites. These sites are noted in their descriptions when booking.
  • Two community gas firepits are available for all guests: one near the clubhouse and one near site 173. Instructions are posted, or ask any staff member for help.
  • Always keep campfires attended. Fully extinguish before leaving your site or going to bed.
  • Gathering firewood from the property is not permitted. Firewood is available for purchase at the office and at retailers in Woodland Park.
  • If you bring your own firewood, please take any unused firewood with you when you depart.
  • Personal golf carts require proof of liability insurance.
  • One golf cart occupant must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Battery-operated riding toys may be used on your campsite only — not on campground roads, for safety reasons.
  • No joyriding of golf carts, ATVs, scooters, or motorcycles within the campground.
  • Note: while there are hundreds of miles of off-road trails in the surrounding area, Teller County does not permit ATVs, UTVs, or golf carts on public roads.
