For over thirty years, Diamond Campground has welcomed travelers, families, and weekend explorers to our shaded sites high in Woodland Park — “the City Above the Clouds.” Whether you’re rolling in with a 45-foot Class A or pitching a tent for the night, you’ll find a spot waiting under the ponderosas.

Pikes Peak rises just twenty minutes south. The trails, lakes, and old mining towns of the Front Range are all within an easy day’s drive.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Yes — up to three pets are welcome at no extra charge. We have an on-site dog yard so your pets have a place to play. Please keep dogs leashed elsewhere on the property and clean up after them.
We offer 30 amp full hookup, 50 amp full hookup, and 50 amp big rig pull-thru sites — each with water, sewer, and electric. Tent sites are also available with access to potable water and a clean bathhouse.
Yes! We have two Emporia Level 2 EV chargers on-site, so you can plug in when you arrive and have your EV fully charged by morning. With two stations available, you won’t have to wait or compete for a spot. Stop by the office on arrival for charger details.
Approximately twenty minutes from our front gate. Garden of the Gods is about 30 minutes, Cripple Creek 45 minutes, and Mueller State Park 25 minutes — Diamond is a perfect basecamp for the whole region.
No — Diamond Campground operates seasonally from May 10 through September 30. We close for the off-season and reopen each spring.

Yes, we have wifi throughout the campground.  To provide coverage there are six different access points serviced by four separate highspeed fiber optic lines
